I had an excellent experience with the team that loaded my U-Haul. From the start, their communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring. They arrived exactly on time and got straight to work with a level of efficiency that genuinely impressed me. What I thought would take much longer was finished in about half the time I expected. I was honestly skeptical that everything I needed to move would fit into the truck, but they handled it like true professionals. I was in a snit over whether I should have ordered an additional pod. Mr. Alexander took one look at my things and reassured me that I had more than enough room. He was right; room to spare. He and his assistant worked efficiently, but carefully. Can't say enough positive about the experience.
