I’ll start by saying that the guys that eventually showed up were very nice and did their best. However, I booked for 9am, confirmed the day before. Day of, was told they needed to make it 10am. No worries. Crew didn’t show up until noon. Put scratches in my floors, dented my walls. Then was charged extra for extra time when they showed up 3 hours late, caused damage, one guy in the crew it was his first day and he had no idea what he was doing. Rain delay because they showed up so late. Still tipped the guys well but damn. Never again.
