Movers were slow and inefficient. Charged an extra $100 for piano moving, which was only accepted via apps or cash. The extra charge for the piano was communicated after we had started loading and the payment methods were only communicated at the very end when giving the payment code. Very inconvenient and a little sketchy, had to wait while someone else went to get cash. You should be able to add to the bill and pay at the end and additional fees for specific items or services should be communicated when booking.
