Travis contacted me immediately after booking with MovingHelp and again a few days prior to the move. His workers called me again on the day of the move to tell me when they would arrive. They did arrive about 20 minutes late, but they called to let me know and made sure to still unload the truck within the allotted time. Overall, a good job and very professional.

the two men were awesome. not only did they help bring my belongings from a third floor apartment but they also helped with disconnecting our washer and dryer

Trevor and Devon were very helpful and communicative. They let us know when they were on their way and didn’t complain while on the job, although our AC decided to break on an extremely hot day and we live on the third floor with no elevator. Highly recommend!

The guys were nice and generally worked hard the whole time. They did show up 30 minutes late which was fine, but when they stayed 20 minutes over time their boss charged me an extra hour. The problem is they took a couple of smoke breaks so why do I have to pay an extra hour? The packed a lot in the truck but didn’t utilize the space well and we ended up having to get another trailer for the rest of our stuff. Some items were damaged due to them running out of space and randomly throwing things in the truck.
