Workers were incredibly unprofessional. They arrived late and blamed it on location negligence. Thereafter, they proceeded to load my couch while throwing the cushions Around the room with some on top of a stove I hadn’t yet cleaned. Cushions were stained. After the loaded it they sat on it while it didn’t have cushions and it was most vulnerable. They then joked how I would have to buy another dresser after this or pray that it made it to the truck in one piece. I asked if they were serious and they said they weren’t, that they could load it in one piece. They ended up breaking it. So I sent them home before they broke other furniture. I asked them to please be careful with the building since I put a deposit of my own money insuring that my movers wouldn’t damage anything, I did this in good faith since they had good rating and reviews. They did otherwise. Manager threatened not to reimburse for the incomplete job if I didn’t leave a good review. My dresser was not reimbursed.

Nice guys but left disappointed. Items were left in the cab of truck on unload after I was made to pay for a full fourth hour that I didn’t need. They took almost 2 of my 3 scheduled hours to load, lots of phone use and standing around on unload site (witnessed by my assistant) - I was moving a one bed apartment to another one bed apartment. The movers and the manager were persistent on changing me $50 for another hour when they finished not even 20 minutes after the original job end time. Had the tools with them to get the job completed, just went way slower than I expected. I’ve moved several timed in town in San Antonio and never did it take this long. I was pressured in a few ways to write a review and pay for extra time I didn’t want or need.
