I found 2 broken dresser drawers the handles were broken and inside wood piece broken. I was not notified. I have a cream couch they took the blanket off and there are dirty hand marks on the couch. I am happy to send pictures. I would like the drawer handles to be replaced and new drawer purchased for my dresser. I would like my couch cleaned also.

This crew of two movers accomplished most of the job to unload a 26-ft moving truck within 4 hours, but I had to spend a couple hours finishing to unload smaller items myself. Previously, a two-person crew was able to load the truck within only 4 hours. I expected unloading would be faster. Communication was difficult, but one of the movers did speak some English. Both movers worked constantly and worked hard to move some heavy pieces. I was not able to extend the time since this crew was scheduled for another job directly after mine. I appreciate the hard effort of this crew, but I will consider using another company the next time I need help with moving.

The two packers did an excellent job. I'm sure no fault of the packers, but they were two hours late from the scheduled arrival time.
