Workers showed up on time, smelling like weed mind you. They were taking forever to figure out how to load a truck (for seemingly obvious reasons at this point). 1.5 hours into the job, there was still a ton to do and I reached out to the owner, who was super rude and condescending claiming if I would stop telling them what to do they'd hurry. Little did the owner know why they were slow. When a customer provides constructive criticism, the last thing a business should do is be rude for no reason. I was there, the owner was not. I can bet at this point many of their reviews are fake - especially the incomplete ones. I would not trust these people with a move at all. They ended up literally throwing things in the truck because they somehow ran out of space - it's supposed to be like Tetris and this company doesn't know how to play. Who knows how many things have been broken in transit. Save yourself the hassle, and find legitimate experienced movers please.

Workers were incredibly unprofessional. They arrived late and blamed it on location negligence. Thereafter, they proceeded to load my couch while throwing the cushions Around the room with some on top of a stove I hadn’t yet cleaned. Cushions were stained. After the loaded it they sat on it while it didn’t have cushions and it was most vulnerable. They then joked how I would have to buy another dresser after this or pray that it made it to the truck in one piece. I asked if they were serious and they said they weren’t, that they could load it in one piece. They ended up breaking it. So I sent them home before they broke other furniture. I asked them to please be careful with the building since I put a deposit of my own money insuring that my movers wouldn’t damage anything, I did this in good faith since they had good rating and reviews. They did otherwise. Manager threatened not to reimburse for the incomplete job if I didn’t leave a good review. My dresser was not reimbursed.
