Claros did a great job of working quickly and efficiently. The only issue was that they did not bring an appliance dolley with them after I had specified before our move that we would need assistance with a washer, dryer, and fridge, and they said they would provide all of the necessary equipment. Besides this hiccup, everything else was great!

Very understanding. Had a family emergency and would be about 20 minutes late. They were understanding and set clear expectations. Also very efficient loading and unloading. They even made sure the unloading was organized in the storage. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Better care could have been taken with my furniture. My couch pillows got dirty and a small tear in one being thrown in as the truck door was closed on them , my TV credenza leg was bent and almost broken.
