All went well till it came to moving the disassembled baby grand piano. I asked them first if they knew and could move it. They informed me that for sure they could. It turned into a disaster. They had to slide the top of the baby grand on a set of concrete steps down from the house. Since my items are still in the pod, I can't say if the piano was damaged, but it wasn't definitely moved smoothly.
