The movers moved our necessary items that could fit the uhaul. However one incident happened when they were damaged the roof of our new house since they volunteered to park our u haul to our back lawn. We regret entrusted that to them. They also promised to help us repair the roof but when the time came to ask for the contribution, Tim never gave it and kept delaying the repair. I gave multiple chances and tried to be patient by even listening to the budget of tim but really, the answer is they are supposed to be liable of however the amount of damage is! when the payment kept getting moved for days, that was it - i'm leaving the bad review. We never got repair payment from the promised words and lost more money. I would never recommend this company because number one, its not secured if something is damaged, and obviously from my story, they made the moving experience worse and also its our new house purchase. We had to pay double because of the damage.

I absolutely would not hire them again. They were two hours late supposed to be here at 8 but kept calling and texting and said he had me down for 10 which was not what I agreed to. Two guys said they are subcontractors and they get paid very little and count on tips. My fridge was gouged in multiple places and ruined the black stainless finish. I paid for 6 hours and they left after 4 because they had another job and I had to finish on my own. Couldn’t fit all in one load even though I used the same size truck moving the year before and I have less now than what I did. I called and texted ken but he didn’t even bother to return the call yet called me back to back to get the payment code. DO NOT HIRE! They don’t care about your furniture only about collecting the money. Also smoking while loading unloading and we do not smoke.
