I reserved Certified Packers from the Uhual.com website to help me move from a 2-bedroom apartment to a 3-bedroom apartment in the same apartment complex. They did a HORRIBLE JOB! The owner and the crew arrived at 9.49am when they were scheduled to be there at 9.30am. A young, heavy-set female and young guy showed up with the owner. The owner said she was dropping them off and she had somewhere else to be and asked me if her crew could ride with us when we got ready to unload. A little strange but I agreed. The movers were picking up one box at a time and carrying it to the truck. They were on the phone, lying in the truck resting and lounging around talking. Me and my friend snapped several pictures of them just chilling. After 3 hours, I went to check the status, and the movers had not loaded 10 percent of my belongings yet. The movers should have been supervised! They ran the clock up for 3 hours and nothing was done. Just ridiculous! SHAMEFUL!
