I was sent people who could not lift my furniture and did not have experience doing moving. They were kids maybe 20 years old and not strong movers. I had to help them lift furniture. I explained I needed strong guys as my furniture is heavy and expensive. Several pieces of furniture was damaged and my walls and floor were all scratched and damaged. Very disappointed in the manner in which my belongings were moved and the people sent not being movers for furniture and could hardly lift 40lbs.

I was told these people were experienced moving baby grand piano and had no experience. I was sent three guys who had no experience nor strength to list the piano and they loaded in on the truck and never came back to move it into my new place. I had to get additional people to come help. Very disappointed.
