The company showed up at our scheduled time, but immediately started complaining about the amount of stuff we had. Even though we didn't even have a couch or appliances to be moved. I booked them for their posted rate through the uhual website to assist in loading a 20 foot moving truck. Upon arriving, they immediately asked for more money. Before the day of, they did not call to ask about what or how much they would be moving. They only worked for 1 hour and 40 minutes, even though they were booked and paid for 3 hours and 2 men. They were very unprofessional and complained and showed poor attitudes the entire time. My husband was left to finish working alone trying to load a poorly packed truck, before driving 9 hours from Virginia to Florida. It was a terrible experience. They were the lowest rates offered, for a reason. I do not recommend them.

Amazing. They came a few minutes early and got right to work. Did an amazing job organizing everything in the U-Haul and making all earthly possessions fit. I tried to help but they told me that’s what I hired them for. 100 percent would recommend to anyone moving.
