Movers showed up late. Did not bring a hand truck or any kind of straps to move large objects. One was stoned and smelled of marijuana. He was extremely lazy and unmotivated to work. The other gentleman worked hard. Communication was good from the manager, but I was less than impressed with the services. If I didn’t have several friends over to help out the move never would have happened.

The guys were really friendly and took direction pretty well, but they also seemed to get caught up joking and lost focus while moving things resulting in some bumps (including with a bureau on the stairs) that could have been avoidable.
