They communicated when they were on their way before getting started. They were very thorough with assessing items needing to be moved. The team packed and unloaded my items very efficiently, so there was no damage to any items. They confirmed that all items were where they needed to be and help set things up. When the helpers came to the house One of the helpers with the company wasn’t professional at all. The police had to be called and he was replaced with another worker. After that everyone was respectful. In a few of my items was damaged due to the weight of things was packed
