The guys were nice and polite, but their technique seemed to be designed to waste time, which we explained to them and they understood and apologized. From our understanding, they were taught these methods which is just bad business overall. They essentially attempted to unload the truck and restack items before taking them to the apartment. During one trip to the apartment, they unloaded the rolling cart of boxes at the elevator and left them there instead of taking them down the hall to the actual apartment. They later loaded these boxes onto a dolly to take them to the apartment. I've never seen anything like this before and I move quite often. They tried to explain that they were taught these methods but it's not even common sense to do things this way, unless you're trying to waste time. Also, due to inefficient stacking of items, one of our table legs fell and was damaged. It took 2 guys less than 2 hours to load the truck; it should not take longer to unload it.

Very unprofessional, 2 hours late, then had people who didn't know how to pack a 26 ft truck for a 2 bedroom apt and 10x10 storage unit. Got charged extra cuz they keep having to stop and try to repack things, threw my stuff on top literally threw them, broke several items and then charged me for gas but didn't have a way back home and asked for our help(my daughter ended driving thru back home). Then Aaron assured me after I spoke to him regarding my destroyed items he would get back to me heard nothing. Didn't know I could withhold their funds until uhaul informed me that they couldn't do anything for me. This move was so horrible they barely fit our stuff in this truck, then bent my bed and washing machine scrapped my coffee table and dressers. They had them sitting in the truck sideways which caused the drawers to fallout. Very unprofessional. If they had done the job right it wouldn't of taken long to load and unload. DO NOT USE THEM if you want your things in 1 piece.

I called professional movers because the other guys we hired the Movers Pro cancelled the night before and we contacted them pretty late but they were very nice and did a good job.
