They were prompt, communicative, and quick. Very nice as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is there was a little bit too much sliding of heavy furniture that had me really worried about the cheap LVP in the apartment we moved into getting damaged. Other than that they were great.

I waited to give a review to see how things arrived. Packing up here is one thing, how it survives transport is another. I am happy to report that everything was perfect. Michael and Sammy worked fast and carefully to makes sure everything was snug, padded, and ready to ship. There were 3 glass top tables that arrived in perfect condition. Antique furniture? No issue. Weight distribution across 5 U-Boxes? No problem. In short, they were great! Additionally, the owner, Eugene, was in regular communication with me, we talked through the job, and he was available for any questions or concerns. I have three shipments going cross-country. The first was with 'professional' movers. Beware, most of them are brokers and their guarantees are worthless. The truck leaked, my stuff was damaged, and the driver hit my mailbox on the way out. This time we tried U-Boxes with MovingHelp. So much better! I have one more move to make and I will be using U-Boxes and MovingTech again.
