My Brother's Keeper Moving Services

I booked moving labor through the U-Haul Moving Help platform with M N Logistics My Brothers Keepers and prepaid about $500 for 3 movers for 4 hours. The job took place over two days due to a storage unit issue that was not the fault of either party. However the service did not align with what was paid for. Only 2 movers returned on the second day and over 2 hours of prepaid time went unused and was not credited. No unloading work was completed on the first day yet time was still used. I was required to provide the payment code before completion and pay an additional $75 fee without adjustment. I requested a fair resolution but the company declined. My advice read all reviews carefully. Lower prices do not always mean better service. Pay attention to how companies respond to concerns. Customers may not always be right but professionalism should always be the standard. In my experience my concerns were not addressed.

These men were professional, polite, and were so careful not to scruff the walls as carrying my furniture to the second floor. After booking, communication was exceptional with confirmation of booking, communication of ETA the day before the move, then a phone call the day of the move! Highly recommend and would use their service again if needed!!

I was called 45 mins late that they were going to be late but they remained very polite and professional. I asked them to wait until I figure things out before they come, so if they could allow me an opportunity to call them back. It took me an hour to call them back (not on purpose, but because we had an issue with our storage unit. They remained professional and still came. I allowed them to leave early, not knowing I could adjust the bill because they only worked 3. Overall they did good work. I was very grateful.
