Movers were 30 minutes late, one talked on his speaker phone several times with an angry girlfriend, they sat around frequently, and spoke condescendingly to my husband. The helper was polite, the lead mover was arrogant. We paid for 4 hours and they finished in 2.5 hours and I wasn’t reimbursed. Very MID service. You get what ya pay for.

Movers did call us to say they were running late. However didn’t give any kind of expected arrival time. They were very helpful during the move. The only complaint would be that with them showing up late. We did not get the whole time frame that we paid for.

We appreciate the effort that was put in by the movers during the time, and the assistance of removing and re attaching a door for an item to be brought down. However the item in question washer dryer combo unit was never moved out of the apartment by movers. Saying it was too wide for the door. Later in the day combo unit was removed by my son and his disabled father without removing the door. It would be nice if charges could be prorated if movers are there less time than originally reserved.
