They did amazing. I was very impressed at how quick they were able to complete the job and also offered to gave me a ride because unfortunately left my storage keys in my car when we got to the storage. Organization of my storage was amazing when we got there and everything was unloaded within 15 minutes at each location.

I had a really great experience with SmartMove team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help unloading a truck. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. Moving can be stressful, but their calm and positive attitude made the whole process feel much smoother. They were extremely efficient and strategic with how they unpacked the truck, and managed also put my bed together for me. They worked quickly but were still very careful with my furniture and boxes.Overall, they were hardworking, thoughtful, and genuine. I’m very grateful for their help.
