I originally booked service for one U-Box. When the mover arrived, he suggested I would need two boxes, so I updated the order. After loading, it became clear that only one box was actually needed, so I contacted Moving Help to adjust the order before payment. I was told their system was down and to call the next day to receive a corrected payment code. While still on site, the mover saw the existing payment code for two boxes in the app. I explicitly told him not to use that code because it would charge me incorrectly. He acknowledged this. The next day I discovered he used the code anyway, which resulted in me being charged for three boxes. U-Haul had to issue refunds to correct the charges. I’m livid because I tipped him $100 expecting professionalism and honesty. This created unnecessary stress and billing issues during my move.

one of the movers was clearly inexperienced and not very cautious, and I worried about fragile items he carried. Given the much higher hourly rate charged, I would have expected better care.

Never had hired moving help before and Thomas and his helper were the most helpful people I have ever worked with. I was so tired by the time I got to the new house all I could do was sit and point and they were just great. Anyone needing help with moving or other services provided will get the best in the business!
