Step 1: Go to MovingHelp.com
Open your preferred browser and visit MovingHelp.com on mobile or desktop.
Step 2: Access Customer Account
Click on the “Sign In/Create Account” button in the upper right corner or navigate to the Customer Account Login page.
Step 3: Enter Login Information
Enter your email address that you used to book your Moving Help order and the password for your account. If this is your first time signing into your account, make sure you select the “Reset Password >” button to finish your Customer Account setup. Click the “Submit” button to log into your Moving Help account.
Step 4: Locate and Select Job Number
Find the “My Jobs” section in the account menu options. Then you’ll select the “Past Jobs” option. Find the Order Number(s) needing an itemized bill from you and then select the “Receipt” link.
Step 5: Print Receipt
You can either take a screenshot or print your Moving Help receipt for your personal records.
