Moving Help® recognizes the privilege of our local, independent labor providers to be welcomed into a customer’s home to help them on moving day. Therefore, Moving Help has prioritized offering all customers access to only real, unedited reviews of our providers.
The Moving Help Marketplace believes Moving Helper rankings should not be influenced by anything other than verified customers’ experiences. These rankings determine the success of Moving Help, our independent Moving Helpers, and it’ll shape our ability to serve future customers’ needs.
Who Can Leave a Review?
Customers who have completed their move, and they’ve released their Payment Code to their Service Provider at the completion of a service can leave a review. Customers can only leave a review of the moving labor provider they selected for their move.
Reviews are most helpful when they reference specific instances — this requirement ensures that by giving customers several categories to rate. These categories include:
- Communication
- Professionalism
- Service
- Satisfaction
- A place to write comments about your move
Does Moving Help Edit Their Reviews?
No, Moving Help doesn’t edit reviews. All reviews seen on our website read exactly as the customer wrote them. Customer reviews are submitted and published in real time. Per the Moving Help Agreement, a review would only be removed to protect sensitive information, such as a customer’s last name or contact information to protect privacy.
Customer reviews are what makes Moving Help work. Only through unfiltered reviews can Moving Help continue to provide more services in more areas.

Yes, all reviews on the Moving Help Marketplace are real and unedited reviews with customers rating their experiences with their Service Providers for their move. Some Moving Helpers have hundreds to thousands of reviews for you to review.
