When your Moving Help® Service Provider finally places the last piece of furniture or moving box into your new home, your moving job is finished. The provider was careful, efficient, and caring. They went above and beyond for you, and you’re satisfied with their work, so you give them your 6-digit Payment Code, so they can get paid.
After your 6-digit Payment Code is submitted, you’ll receive an email to leave a review for your Moving Help Service Provider. If you already opted into text messages, you’ll get a link sent via text. Why should you leave a review though? You should leave a review because you’ll receive your $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee, and you can leave honest feedback about your provider.
What Is the Refundable Marketplace Fee?
The Moving Help Refundable Marketplace Fee covers the cost of managing and servicing the Moving Help Marketplace, maintaining the customer care center, and developing new tools for Moving Help customers to utilize during their transactions.
The Refundable Marketplace Fee is $5.95.
The $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee is refunded after a customer leaves a review of their Moving Helper and overall experience.
A customer must submit a review within 60 days after completing their move.
Why Leave a Moving Help Review?
Why should you submit a Moving Help Review? You should leave a review for two reasons.
The first reason is after you’re done submitting a review, the $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee will be returned to your card on file.
The second reason is you get to provide honest feedback about your Moving Helper. This is your opportunity to explain what went super well — or unfortunately, what didn’t go right — about your move and your Moving Helper.
It gives the helpers something to build upon or to improve upon before their next move. It also helps future customers decide what helper they might choose for their own move after reading your review.
Additionally, you still receive the $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee whether the review was positive or negative.
Submit a Review for the Refundable Marketplace Fee
It doesn’t take long to leave a Moving Help review for your Service Provider. Once you finish submitting your review, the $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee will be returned to you. If you don’t have Moving Helpers for your move yet, find them on the Moving Help Marketplace.
