After a customer gives their Moving Helper their Payment Code, and the helper enters the code, customers will receive an email or a text message with a link to leave a review.

When you click on the link, you’ll sign into your Moving Help Customer Account, and leave a review. After you leave the review, you’ll see your $5.95 refunded back to you in three to seven business days depending on your bank.
