So how do Moving Help® customers leave a review after their Service Provider helps complete their move? Moving Help customers can submit a review after their move is completed, and they release their 6-digit Payment Code to their provider through email, text (if opted in), or directly on their Moving Help Customer Account.
We’ll explain how to leave a review, where to leave a review, when to leave a review, whether you edit a review, the Refundable Marketplace fee, and what to include in your review in this guide.
How to Submit a Moving Help Review
When your move is completed and you’re 100 percent satisfied with your experience, you’ll release your 6-digit Payment Code to your Moving Helper. This will automatically trigger an email sent to you to leave a review. If you opted in to text messages, a link will be texted to you.
You also can login into your Moving Help Customer Account and start right away. When you submit your feedback — good, neutral, or bad — you’ll receive your $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee back to you.
Step 1. Complete Your Moving Job
Moving Help jobs are considered completed when you give your provider your Payment Code. This tells Moving Help you were satisfied with your experience, and your Moving Helper will receive your payment. Moving Help customers submit reviews on their Customer Account.
Step 2. Sign Into Your Customer Account
The only way to submit a review is to sign into your Moving Help Customer Account. If you haven’t logged in previously, you’ll need to reset your password with the email you used to book your Moving Help job.
Once logged in, you can find the Job Number you need to submit a review for your Service Provider.
Step 3. Submit Your Review
Submitting your review is your opportunity to explain everything that went well, went alright, or went poorly. You’ll rate your provider on four categories:
- Communication
- Professionalism
- Services
- Satisfaction
This will be done with a 1- to 5-star rating, with 1-star being the worst and 5-star being the best.
Finally, you can write additional comments and feedback along with tipping your provider before you finalize and submit your review.

What Can You Include in Your Review?
You can include as much detail or as little detail in your Moving Help review. Of course, the more details you include in your review, the more you are helping customers find their right Service Provider.
It also serves as constructive feedback — good or bad — for Moving Helpers too.
When Can You Leave a Review?
You can leave a review immediately after you release your Payment Code to your Moving Help Service Provider. Customers must be signed into their Customer Account to leave a review. Customers have 60 days to leave a review.
Once customers leave a review, they’ll receive their $5.95 Refundable Marketplace Fee. The fee is refunded immediately to the customer’s card on file, and the funds should be available within seven business days.
Who Can Leave a Moving Help Review?
Not everyone can leave a Moving Help review. The review process requires that reviews are connected to customers and Moving Help completed jobs. To leave a review, customers must complete their job.
| Review Requirement | What It Means |
| Customer Account | Customer must be signed in |
| Completed Job | Payment Code is shared with provider |
| Review Window | 60 days after completion |
Why Does Moving Help Have a Refundable Marketplace Fee?
Moving Help has a Refundable Marketplace Fee that helps cover the cost of managing and servicing the Moving Help Marketplace. It’s a $5.95 fee. The fee is refundable to customers. Customers who leave a review are refunded the $5.95 to their card on file within seven business days.
Can Customers Edit a Moving Help Review?
Customers can’t edit a Moving Help review. All reviews on the Moving Help Marketplace are real, unedited reviews. If a customer left a bad review for a Service Provider, but later on, the Service Provider and the customer come to a resolution, the customer can contact the Moving Help Customer Support Team to remove their review.
Can Moving Helpers Respond to Reviews?
Moving Helpers can’t respond to Moving Help customer reviews. Customers can still contact their Moving Helpers, however. If you need to have further conversations, customers can text or call their Service Provider after their job and review is completed.
